68 Monthly Contra Costa Health Services (CCHS) is hiring a dentist to work in Public Health Clinic Services (PHCS) within the CCHS Public Health Department.
We are looking for an experienced dentist to join our team of professionals.

You'll work alongside a group of passionate and experienced dental professionals committed to providing top-notch care and exceptional customer service to our patients in Contra Costa County.
This role will work the following hours:
Tuesday to Friday from 8:
00 am to 4:
30 pm.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Possession of a valid license as a Registered DDS or DMD issued by the State of California Board of Dental Examiners.
Possession of a current Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or Cardio- Pulmonary (CPR) issued by the American Red Cross throughout employment.
Two years of full-time or its equivalent experience performing the duties of a dentist in a hospital or clinic setting.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
The primary responsibilities, typical tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities of the Lead Dentist in this position include, but are not limited to the following:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of:
The principles and methods of sterilization of dental equipment, instruments and supplies Digital x-ray techniques Diagnose, provide and maintain the highest standard of patient care Dental office procedures and dental record keeping Dental hygiene Electronic Health Records, Computer-based programs, and office equipment Comfortable with fixed and portable units and working in small spaces Ability to:
Diagnose, provide and maintain the highest standard of patient care Educate patients on their treatment plan options and maintaining their oral health Partner with and lead the team in fostering a collaborative environment Patient-Driven Focus:
