Falls Clubhouse Dining Room Busser - The Falls at Blackhawk Country Club Position Overview:
Blackhawk Country Club is seeking a dedicated and efficient busser to support our Falls Dining Room team during lunch/dinner service.
This role is essential in providing an immaculate dining experience for our members and guests through attentive and responsive service.
Responsibilities:
Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring the readiness for new diners with attention to detail and adherence to table setting standards.
Assist servers with food delivery to tables as needed, making sure all service runs smoothly.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, service stations, and table linens.
Stock service stations with necessary supplies, such as linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
Collaborate with the service team to remove any obstacles impacting the flow of service.
Respond quickly to requests from guests and servers in a polite and friendly manner.
Support other team members by assisting in additional tasks, contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations, as well as the Club's safety and hygiene policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role in a restaurant or club setting is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Ability to work on feet for an extended period and lift heavy trays or dinnerware when necessary.
Flexibility in scheduling, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
