- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with their inquiries and provide accurate information about the establishment's offerings - Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions - Remove empty dishes with respect and grace - Refill waters and beverages as needed - Ensure complete table setup - Clean/sanitize and reset tables in a professional and timely manner - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area or hotel lobby - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with guests over the phone - Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting is preferred Note:
