We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
This position will also have some dispatch responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information about products and services - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Monitor service status and provide updates to customers.
Communicate with drivers to resolve problems.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Proficiency in using customer service software and databases - Experience in fleet management or logistics is a plus - Spanish speaking is a plus - Ability to type efficiently and accurately Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
