We are seeking a team member who understands our vision to create a relationship with our patients through empathy and quality communication and who enjoys being on a team of stakeholders that will take ownership for the results of our business.
If you are someone who has the ability to take ownership and make decisions independently by being a problem solver, who is detail oriented, patient focused, has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, is flexible and wants to make a difference in our community, then we are eager to hear from you.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of customer service and excellent patient relationships, work on the schedule to ensure that the practice goals are met, updating patient information, managing confirmation and courtesy calls/communication with scheduled patients, tracking unscheduled treatment with follow up, chart audit management, being fully cross trained for all administrative duties, being current with HIPAA regulations and OSHA regulations.
Supporting all other team members with their responsibilities, participating fully in team meetings and continuing education courses, as appropriate.

Experience:
1 year of experience in the dental field.
Eaglesoft Experience.
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and professional judgment skills.
Able to examine clinical and business operations with solution in mind to address potential concerns.
Ability to organize and manage complex, detailed processes.
Capable of providing a world class dental experience.
