Summary:
Top producing Coldwell Banker real estate team seeking an additional talented Creative Director.
Looking for a highly creative professional who proactively generates ideas for creative marketing opportunities to support this growing luxury real estate team.
This position is responsible for the content development, design, and overall implementation of strategic marketing plans.
You should be able to work under limited supervision and take initiative with every piece of your role.
You will need to take charge, have a strong sense of urgency, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Create compelling marketing campaigns that will drive results - brainstorming concepts, determining copy and design strategy Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, including writing copy and handling all graphic design elements Assist with website content, design, and SEO analytics Design branding ads with a strong call to action in leading print publications such as Diablo magazine Write highly creative, succinct, and engaging marketing copy for social media, consumer ads, HTML eBlasts, marketing flyers, presentations, brochures, event promotional materials, editorial features and more Develops personal branding assets for agents including personal brochures, ads, e-signatures, property marketing templates, agent bios, postcards, flyers, and presentations for clients Develop creative local campaigns to reach out to the client base to generate referral business Consult with the agent team daily to identify their marketing needs and help them execute tactics to deliver on those needs successfully and efficiently Develop and implement our digital marketing strategy including, but not limited to organic social media posting, paid social media advertising, website maintenance, Yelp, and Google strategy, etc.
Create all artwork and content for mailers and marketing campaigns Create monthly and weekly email newsletters with relevant local community information, and events, and showcase our properties for sale Monitor ongoing efforts of advertising/marketing campaigns and analyze the actual results to determine their effectiveness Required Skills:
Must be a strategic thinker, analytical, and creative.
As well as, extremely organized, highly detailed, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative Must be able to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member within the team Requires the ability to determine a detailed outline of all aspects of a project, including all related activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables Effectively and professionally interacts with others Maintains high-quality standards despite pressing deadlines and always strives to do work right the first time Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to quality control Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Qualifications:
3-5 years in a marketing specialist or similar role Highly proficient in Adobe, Mail Chimp, and CRM platforms Prefer experience with Google Suite and/or Monday.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
